Lake Point Chiropractic & Wellness: Facilitate quarterly planning sessions with the primary owners/doctors resulting in significant growth, additional partners and services, and improved operations. Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church: Facilitate the core-leadership team to develop and implement a new vision for growth, connection, and membership. Presented at annual retreat to engage all the committee leaders. Feng Shui Institute of the Midwest: Facilitated a change in leadership and aligned the team toward a new chapter of growth, after eleven years with the original President and Founder. Minnesota Government Finance Officers Association: Presented Embodied Leadership program at their annual Arrowwood Resort conference. Powel: Facilitated ongoing strategic planning retreats and monthly review sessions to align the leadership team. Hallmark Insights: Facilitated the 5-person leadership team to develop a clear vision and plan to become a high-performing leadership team, and build team awareness using Myers-Briggs results. Analysts International (AIC): Facilitated the 15-person national leadership team through development of their mission, values and execution plan for a turn-around year. Air America Minnesota: Facilitated strategic planning and execution sessions for six months to move the 12-person team from the start-up phase to a planned, cohesive strategy and mission. Nordeen Design Gallery: Facilitated a one-year program focusing the 11-person design team to successfully execute their strategic direction. Coached the owner in developing a clear vision and strategy to prepare the company for purchase. Franciscan Skemp Healthcare, Mayo Health System: Provided a one-year team empowerment program for the business group, guiding them through the MOVES process. USA Dance: Facilitated the USA Dance association 20-person board in strategic planning and committee direction meetings for hosting national competitions. Instant Web: Facilitated the IT team and coached individuals for the strategic transformation of their unit and improve their effectiveness in the organization. Edina Realty: Conducted MOVES workshops for multiple Edina Realty offices. Orion Associates: Provide ongoing leadership and team development trainings for their multiple associations. Unisys: Facilitated planning meetings with key managers to select, implement, and build a partnership with an offshore resource company. Carlson Companies Marketing Group: Facilitated the development of a common platform for delivering projects, and implemented new platform throughout this Fortune 500 marketing company. Andersen Windows Renewal Business: Assisted in start-up of new retail and window renovation business within larger organization by developing and communicating consistent and streamlined processes across manufacturing, delivery and installation, retail and sales operations. Cole Sewell Manufacturing: Managed and facilitated a “reengineering” project for this window and door manufacturer involving financial, distribution and manufacturing processes. Grow Biz International: Facilitated the executive decision-making process for this large, fast-growing franchise business. This project involved identifying information needs, creating a foundation for the company’s system strategy, and adapting business processes in alignment with the new strategy. Cheryl Leitschuh & Associates: Facilitated five-day visioning workshops with high-level business executives, integrating Ability Battery test results. University of Wisconsin LaCrosse: Provided a personal vision workshop for staff. The MOVES program was also offered and accredited in the UW LaCrosse continuing education system (.6 CEUs and 6 CECHs). Wisdom Ways Center in St. Paul and Franciscan Spirituality Center in LaCrosse: Provided embodied spirituality and visioning workshops. Presented program in their annual conference for two consecutive years. Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC): Provided ongoing programs - Journey into your Best Life and Design your Best Life, Create Your Heart’s Desires. |
